ÿþIn case you weren't aware, air jordan 1 1 this retro brings together the silhouette of the Air Jordan 1 with elements from the Jordan 2. Surprisingly, this mix actually makes for a pretty clean mock up. The majority of the upper is covered in pure platinum leather with the hits of kumquat highlighting the branding and the signature plastic "accordian" heel cap. Stay tuned to KoF for details on their release. ÿþThe upcoming release of the Air Jordan 1 Retro '89 "Lush Teal Safari" follows right behind the release of the Air Jordan 2 "Dark Concord", and it brings elements from the AJ2 model into this colorway. The Wings logo and heel clip seen on the AJ 2 is also spotted on this rendition, as well as a Teal and safari print theme.
The latest Air Jordan Retro 1 colorway is a prime example of a new take on an OG classic. The "Black Toe" colorway is a bit of an inverted take on the kicks that started it all for JB. The predominantly white upper features perforated tumbled leather and has a black suede toebox. Where the classic colorway has red everywhere on the shoe, this version only has subtle red hits on the logo, color and the heel (which looks like it was inspired air jordans 11 by the Air Jordan 14). ÿþThe first Air Jordan model caused mass hysteria when it entered the courts worn by G.O.A.T. Michael Jordan. Since its release in 1985, the AJ 1 has seen various renditions that have been available to the public and some only available for limited release. Jordan Brand is known for doing mash up of Air Jordans and releasing them for retail.
In addition, the Air Jordan 1 air jordan 4 Retro High also comes with a Zoom Air unit that has been added in the heel. ÿþThe Air Jordan 1 Retro High Flyknit BHM comes covered in a Black flyknit on the majority of the upper with Green and Red hitting the ankle/heel as well as the toe. The heel is dominated by Green but also has hits of Red. The toe is covered in Red with Green speckling. The Nike Air tongue tag is done in a Green, Black and Red tri-color pattern with Gold branding to match the tri-color rubber outsole. Other details include Black leather detailing on the Swoosh and Wings logos, BHM branding on the inside of the tongue, and a White rubber midsole. ÿþThis Air Jordan 1 High Flyknit comes with a Flyknit upper done in a tonal clay green, while the contrasting detail is seen on air jordans 4 the Swooshes with hyper cobalt, yellow, red and black hues.
This colorway dons the popular Black/Game Royal color scheme all throughout the upper along with a White rubber midsole and blue outsole. ÿþThe Air Jordan 1 High Flyknit Shadow follows in the footsteps of the Air Jordan 1 High Flyknit Bred and Royals as it becomes the 3rd OG colorway of the Air Jordan 1 to get the Flyknit treatment. Rocking the same color scheme and color blocking as an OG leather Jordan 1, the shoe consists of a Flykint constructed upper done in a Grey and Black motif. The model's signature features such as the, ribbed tongue, leather accents on the Swooshes and wings logos are also in play. Black laces and a White sole complete the look. ÿþFresh for the summer comes this pair of Air Jordan 1 Retro's.
This Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Clay Green is one of four colorways that is styled in the same theme like the AJ 1 Black Toe. Basically covered in a mixture of summit white, black and clay green hues throughout, the sneaker is made of a mixture of leather and nubuck overlays used for the swooshes and heel area. Finally, a white midsole and clay green rubber outsole completes the design altogether. ÿþOf all the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG colorways we've seen, this latest rendition is perhaps one of the most toned down but aggressive versions out there. The sneaker comes equipped with a Black leather base, using both cracked and smooth leather, with matching Black laces and detailing. The design also includes a gum outsole and OG Gold branding on the tongue.
Finally, black covering the heel, insoles and ankle piece completes the theme. ÿþThe Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Black White Gym Red is another new colorway of the iconic sneaker, and it's part of Jordan Brand's summer 2019 collection. Sporting the three colors across its leather upper, white air jordan 3 is mainly seen on the sides and toe box, followed by black overlays and tongues. Pops of red are used for the Swooshes, ankle area and Nike Air branded tongue labels, while a sail midsole and black rubber outsole completes the theme. ÿþJordan Brand's summer 2019 collection will include more new colorways of the iconic Air Jordan 1, and the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Black White Gym Red Sail is one of them.
